Q. Is it Free to register in FOW.ph?

     A. Yes its free to Register for Jobseekers, it has a built in Resume Wizard, My Documents Folder for .doc or .pdf resumes, Upload pictures and so on. While its recommended that you update your resume and date of availability on your profile whenever its possible.

Q. I have registered as a Jobseeker, does that mean that all employers can view my resume and personal details?  

     A. Certainly not, your resume and personal details are kept in a Secure Server and can only be viewed by the employers or agents that you have clicked to apply for a job. 

 Q. I have chosen the jobs and Employers that I wish to apply, and I clicked the "Apply", do I have to send them an E-mail with my resume?    

    A. No its not necessary, when you clicked "Apply" on the jobs advertised, your profile and completed resume is already available for the Employers to view for assessment when they log-in to their account.

Employers and Manning Agents

Q. What are the benefits of subscribing to the FOW.ph website to an Employer or Manning Agency?

     A. Upon completion of your Company details and uploading your Logo, the FOW.ph Job Portal gives your Company its unique WWW and SEO advertising, while having all the functionality of a high end HRM recruitment websites.

Q. How much does it cost for Employers or Job Advertisers?

     A. We have kept the fee to a minimum as possible and our Paypal third-party payment gateway guarantees secure and safe online transactions. Theres two different packages and you can choose whichever suits your company and purpose and both have a FREE job advertising option.

Q. Can I post manpower pooling and multiple jobs for one job ad?

     A. You can post manpower pooling  but only one particular job per post.

Q. Can I post local jobs?

     A. Yes you can post local jobs.

Q. Can I use the FOW.ph website to hire jobseekers?

     A. Yes.

Q. I have choosen the right candidate for the job that I have advertised here, and I am considering going to the hiring process, are you able to help with that?

     A. Yes. You can use the "contact us" form with the jobseekers username so we can follow-up your process.
